Vermillion Medical Clinic

Immediate opening for full-time (34-38 hours per week) RN/LPN at the Vermillion Medical Clinic. Schedule includes Monday-Friday with one day off and one ConvenientCare shift per week. Must possess an active South Dakota nursing license.

Immediate opening for full-time (32-40 hours per week) RN/LPN/CMA float.  The applicant will be trained to be proficient in all YMC physician practices and as a “SuperUser” for electronic medical records. The schedule includes Monday-Friday, as well as Saturday morning and ConvenientCare clinic rotation. Must possess a current South Dakota nursing license.

Laboratory

Immediate opening for full-time (40 hours per week) receptionist in the Laboratory. Schedule includes Monday through Friday. Duties include greeting patients and electronically confirming lab and radiology orders as requested by the physician.

Must have exceptional communication and organizational skills; be detail oriented; able to handle multiple tasks; be flexible and reliable. Computer experience is preferred.  Medical background helpful.

Switchboard Operator

Business Office

Immediate opening for full-time (35 hours per week) switchboard operator in the business office.  Duties include operating switchboard, payment entries, and support with insurance claims in business office. The schedule includes Monday through Friday with varied shifts 7:50am-5:30pm

Insurance Clerk

Business Office

Immediate opening for full-time Insurance Clerk. The hours include Monday-Friday (8-5 or 8:30-5:30.) Duties will include researching multiple payer denials with an emphasis on Medicare;  heavy telephone usage, and answering patient inquiries on their insurance claims. Position will include backup for particular aspects of outreach processes.

Must have computer skills/experience; excellent communication skills; positive attitude and be a “team” player. Attention to detail is a must. A minimum of two years experience working with medical insurance claims is required, coding experience would be preferred.

Yankton Medical Clinic, P.C. - Norfolk

Immediate opening for a clinic manager for our  Norfolk, Nebraska location.  Full-time position Monday through Friday. Will coordinate and evaluate day-to-day operations within the clinic. Will supervise Ear, Nose & Throat, Internal Medicine and Diagnostic Imaging branches.

Bachelor’s degree in nursing, health or business administration preferred. Two years previous management experience preferred. Must have effective written, communication and verbal skills, and be able to work effectively with staff, patients, public and external agencies.
